Payment Processing
All payments for RapidCharge services are processed through our secure payment gateway partner, ProCredit Bank. By using our services, you agree to the payment terms outlined in this policy.
Non-Refundable Payments
Important Notice:
Payments made through the ProCredit payment gateway are non-refundable. Once a transaction is completed, the payment cannot be reversed or refunded.
This policy applies to all transactions including:
- Charging session payments
- Subscription fees
- Reservation deposits
- Service fees
Charging Session Issues
If you experience technical issues during a charging session that prevent the service from being delivered, please:
- Stop the charging session immediately through the app
- Take photos or screenshots of the issue
- Contact our customer support within 24 hours
While payments are non-refundable, we may provide service credits to your account on a case-by-case basis for verified technical issues that prevented service delivery.
Service Credits
In cases of verified service disruptions or technical failures on our end, we may offer:
- Service credits to your RapidCharge account
- Complimentary charging minutes
- Extended subscription periods
Service credits are issued at our sole discretion and cannot be exchanged for cash or refunds.
Disputed Transactions
If you notice an unauthorized transaction on your account:
- Contact our customer support immediately at support@rapidcharge.com
- Provide transaction details and evidence of the dispute
- File a formal complaint with your bank or ProCredit Bank if necessary
We will investigate all reported unauthorized transactions within 5 business days.
Subscription Cancellations
If you cancel a subscription:
- You will retain access to subscription benefits until the end of your current billing period
- No refunds will be issued for unused portions of the subscription
- Your subscription will not auto-renew after cancellation
Payment Verification
Before initiating a charging session or making a payment:
- Verify the charging station is functioning properly
- Check the displayed pricing and estimated costs
- Ensure your vehicle is compatible with the charging station
- Review all payment details before confirming
Account Balance
Any credits or balance in your RapidCharge account:
- Can only be used for RapidCharge services
- Cannot be transferred to other users
- Cannot be withdrawn as cash
- Will expire 12 months after the last account activity

Changes to This Policy
We reserve the right to modify this Refund Policy at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to our website and app. Your continued use of our services after any changes constitutes acceptance of the new policy.
Governing Law
This Refund Policy is governed by the laws of the Republic of Kosovo. Any disputes arising from this policy shall be resolved in the courts of Kosovo.
